THE DAILY SCROLL: ROCK AND THE RESUME

THE DAILY SCROLL: ROCK AND THE RESUME

The Death of the False Prophet and the Rise of the Obedient

INTRODUCTION: WHEN THE STORM SPEAKS

There is a man who can preach fire and still be cold inside.

There is a man who can cast out demons and still be ruled by his own.

There is a man who builds platforms in the Name of God while never kneeling in surrender to Him.

This Scroll is not for the performer.

It is for the builder.

The storm is coming.

And it will not ask for your résumé.

It will ask for your foundation.

CHAPTER I: THE RELIGIOUS RESUME

Many men will stand before God with a list of accomplishments.

Books written.

Movements built.

Demons cast out.

Crowds amazed.

But Heaven does not measure a man by volume.

Heaven measures him by obedience.

Performance is not proof of intimacy.

You can use God's Name without knowing His Heart.

The False Prophet builds a brand in public while starving in private.

And when the audit comes,

God does not ask, "What did you do?"

He asks, "Did you do My will?"

CHAPTER II: THE WORD "KNEW"

"I never knew you."

This is not about information.

It is about intimacy.

To be known by God is to walk with Him.

To submit daily.

To obey when it costs.

Many men do things for God

but refuse to be shaped by Him.

They want power without surrender.

Influence without transformation.

Authority without obedience.

But the Kingdom is relational, not transactional.

If you are not rooted in Him,

your fruit will eventually rot.

CHAPTER III: THE ROCK

There are two builders.

Both hear the Word.

Both build houses.

Both face storms.

The difference is invisible at first.

One digs deep.

The other builds fast.

The Rock is not inspiration.

It is execution.

The Rock is daily obedience.

It is covenant when feelings fade.

It is stacking truth when emotions scream.

It is building systems when hype tempts.

You cannot pray away the storm.

But you can build a structure that survives it.

The wise man's calendar matches his theology.

CHAPTER IV: THE SAND

Sand feels soft.

Sand feels easy.

Sand feels fast.

Sand is stories.

Sand is ego.

Sand is partial obedience.

The foolish man loves information.

He nods at sermons.

He quotes Scripture.

He reposts revelation.

But he does not execute.

And when the flood comes, not if, but when, his house collapses with a great crash.

Reality always wins.

The storm does not destroy strong houses.

It exposes weak ones.

CHAPTER V: AUTHORITY

When Jesus finished speaking, the crowds were amazed.

Why?

Because He did not speak like a commentator.

He spoke like the Source.

Authority flows from alignment.

A man who lives the Code

does not need theatrics.

His words carry weight

because his life carries structure.

Your wife knows.

Your children know.

Your team knows.

They can feel the difference between a script and a scar.

Between noise and conviction.

Between sand and rock.

EPILOGUE: BUILD BEFORE THE RAIN

This Scroll is a warning and an invitation.

Kill the False Prophet.

Burn the résumé.

Dig deep.

Do the will of the Father.

Not when it is convenient.

Not when it is visible.

Not when it benefits your image.

Do it daily.

Build in secret.

Obey in silence.

Stack in truth.

Because the rain is coming.

And when it does, only the house built on the Rock will stand.

The Warrior does not fear the storm.

He builds for it.

The battle is real.

Warriors for Christ is where it is being fought.
